2019 Peppermint Affair
The 2019 Peppermint Affair will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019, from 7:30pm-12am at the USC-Aiken Convocation Center. The Semi-Formal event is the Aiken Alumnae Chapter's premier fundraising event. Proceeds from the Peppermint Affair provide scholarships to deserving students in Aiken and Edgefield Couties.Tickets are $35/person and are available from any member of the Aiken Alumnae Chapter.
Chapter Meetings
Aiken Alumnae Chapter Meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month (September - June) at 10:00 am at the University of South Carolina - Aiken. Visiting Sorors are welcome to attend. Please email our chapter President at president@aikendst.org to confirm the meeting room location. Please note that proof of membership is required.

Friends, It is my pleasure to
greet you on behalf of the over 80 members of of the Aiken Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. We enjoy a wonderful bond of sisterhood and are dedicated to serving the Aiken and Edgefield County communities. Uncompromising Commitment to Communities: Service, Leadership, Empowerment" is our National theme which we have embraced as we move forward in service.
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority was founded on Christian principles by 22 college women in 1913, at Howard University in Washington, DC. Members of Delta Sigma Theta have been dedicated to sisterhood, scholarship, and service in communites around the world since that time. I am honored to lead our local chapter. Our members are dynamic women who live and work in this community. Our members are currently or have retired from serve the community through employment in an array of educational, medical, technical, financial, administrative, scientific, non-profit, insurance, government, and entrepreneurial professions, and still make time to volunteer their time to collectively implement the programs of Delta Sigma Theta in our local community as well as at state, regional and national levels of the organization.
We hope that our website will keep you informed of our priorities, programs and special events. If you are a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and are looking for a home chapter, I encourage you to visit with us at a chapter meeting or event.
